Reservations are now being accepted for a crop of Nintendo software titles
expected over the next couple of months. Most interesting perhaps in Nintendo's
line-up is Animal Leader for the Gamecube where you start life as
a puny, unremarkable creature. From humble beginnings, your goal is to attack
and devour fellow animals. By eating your quarry, you'll gain their attributes
and strengths in a quest for evolution. With the proper sustenance and
nutrition flowing through your veins, your animal grows and morphs into ever
stronger forms until you become king of the jungle. Designed and presented with
rough polygons, Animal Leader's visuals hearken back to the days of the
original Virtua Fighter.
