Jack Skellington's day job is the Pumpkin King of Halloweentown. He's tall, dark and macabre. Jack's the kind of ghoul for whom cobweb covered armpits are probably routine. Skulls in the cupboard are probably no big deal either. One day, Jack stumbles upon a number of doors which serve as portals to the major holidays. He enters the Christmastown door and is so enamored with the cheer that he appropriates it for himself. Things go awry however and Jack eventually rescues Santa so the jolly fat ranger can resume his age-old duties to the children of Earth. Medicom's Nightmare Before Christmas Kubrick set features Jack, his ghost dog Zero, and Santa, portly and rotund as ever.
