GBA: Super Robot Wars R  JPN  $53  BUY
The tactical action and battles so familiar to fans of the Super Robot Wars franchise are refreshed by way of new stories, routes, and techniques to use during skirmishes. Over two hundred characters are featured in the game including Char Aznable, Ray Amuro, Camille Vidan, and Daigouji Gai. Encounters seem somewhat easier than SRW A but overall, an enjoyable new diversion for fans of the series.

ETC: Assorted Updates

Thanks to poor weather, import shipments were delayed (again) and we now expect the remainder of this week's products on Monday. Mother Nature is a cruel mistress/maelstrom.
Final Fantasy ~ The Adventure Bible has been delayed to the end of August. We will update our customers who pre-ordered this item once it arrives. The 3-DVD set features artwork, background, and data from all ten volumes of the Final Fantasy game series.

PS2 HDD kits are shipping next week from Sony. This means our suppliers will be able to fill backorders and pending orders by the second week of August. FFXI is also expected in that time frame.

PREORDERS FOR IKARUGA ARE NOW CLOSED AS OF AUGUST 02 - 02:55PM EST. OUR ONLINE STORE STILL LISTS THIS GAME BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WE WILL SUPPLY THE GAME TO YOU IF YOU ORDER NOW SINCE PREORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED. DEMAND HAS BEEN OVERWHELMING AND MANY CUSTOMERS ARE ORDERING MULTIPLE COPIES. A NUMBER OF PEOPLE ORDERED 30 COPIES EACH, WE ASSUME FOR POSTERITY AND E-BAY. WHOLESALE ORDERS HAVE ALSO BEEN BRISK IN RECENT WEEKS.
NCS will begin processing and charging our customers for Ikaruga preorders on Monday of next week. We will split up preorders into 30 equal batches so that one batch will be submitted each day over the next 30 days. Preorders will be processed in the order they were received. As mentioned before, we are unable to process and charge the large amount of Ikaruga preorders in one sitting or even within 2 weeks time. There are simply too many preorders to handle in a short time frame. A month gives us leeway and time to complete everything for an efficient ship-out of the game. A mass mailing will be dispatched later today to everyone who has preordered Ikaruga. Update below (2:06PM EST):

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this mean I will be charged for the game before it ships?
Yes. Early preorders from April will be charged first. If you preordered in late July then your order would not be processed until the last few batches. As detailed in our posting, we would not have enough time to charge everyone's preorder if we started processing a week before the game ships. We have a very large amount of preorders for this game. If we were to wait until say, September 01, we would not be able to ship everyone's preorder the week (or the month) the game is released.

Isn't it NCS' policy to not charge preorders until the game ships?

Normally yes, but in this case [rehash] we would not have enough time to charge everyone's preorder if we started processing a week before the game ships. We have a very large amount of preorders for this game. If we were to wait until say, September 01, we would not be able to ship everyone's preorder the week (or the month) the game is released. [/rehash] We would finish up processing preorders in November if we were to wait until September 5 to start submitting credit card charges for this game. Transaction limits also put a clamp on how many charges and dollar volumes we can process in a single day. So sorry.

Thanks to everyone who offered advice and recommendations on strippers. Some of you know a little too much
