GC: Phantasy Star Online Modem Problem?
   Overnight, a supplier asked us to reconfirm our reservation for GC PSO Episode 1+2 due to a rumored incompatibility problem with the Japanese modem. Apparently, the modem will not work on USA Gamecube consoles but we will research this further in the next few hours and post another update tomorrow morning. We are also waiting for news on the Japanese broadband adapter and whether or not it will work with USA consoles when it is released in October. 
   We would advise the many, many customers who have preordered PSO to not panic yet as the rumor may not pan out or the information may have been misconstrued by our supplier. At this time, this is all the information we have - do not email us asking for further clarification as we don't have any additional news and any updates we receive will be posted on Friday morning. All preorders are still on file and no changes have been made at this time. If the information pans out that the modem is unusable in the United States, we will accept cancellations.

DC: Ikaruga  JPN  US$60 each  ORDER
   The bulk of our Ikaruga preorders will ship today and tomorrow. We expect a new shipment of the game to arrive on Wednesday of next week and any new orders received after we closed preorders will ship at that time. Please note that NCS received over 1100 preorders for Ikaruga on the first day that we opened reservations and thousands more in the immediate days and weeks that followed. This is why your order may not have shipped yesterday, due to the volume of orders we have to ship. We tried to explain this in the months leading up to now and in both Tuesday and Wednesday's website update but apparently, the messages, postings, and signals were not read or ignored.
