Shin Megami Tensei IX

NEW: Imports In Stock Today  JPN

Preorders and new orders for all of the following products are shipping today. Back scans will be posted and linked tomorrow morning.
The new PS2 Keyboard Pad Mini is rather "special" - it looks like a normal Dual Shock Pad but the entire lower half under the Dual Shock thumbsticks holds a 6-row QWERTY style keyboard complete with a row of function keys, another row of number keys, three rows for the letters and a bottom row containing the ALT, CTRL, FN buttons, space bar, and even arrow keys. Nifty. Photos tomorrow.
NCS will also post photos of the GBA Pokemon Screen Cover Advance on Friday. They're not what we expected...

Zelda OoT

NEWS: Zelda no Densetsu Update - Please read

NCS opened up pre-orders for the Japanese Gamecube version of Zelda no Densetsu a few months ago, before any mention of the "Zelda URA" bonus disk. A couple of weeks ago, Nintendo announced the bonus disk offer and retail chain stores in Japan started giving them out to customers who preordered the Zelda game. The original information from our suppliers was that every copy of the first printing of Zelda would include the bonus disc. They've had them since last week. However...
Things change with suppliers and we are now being charged an additional fee for the bonus disc if we wish to import it. The bonus disc ships separately from the Zelda no Densetsu game in a paper sleeve pasted inside a copy of the Japanese manual for Zelda Ocarina of Time.
Please be aware that customers will still be able to order the regular edition of Zelda without the bonus, as our original pre-order offer stands but customers who wish to obtain the Zelda URA bonus disk will have to pay for it. So, to recap the situation:

Customers who wish to keep their original Zelda no Densetsu preorder without the bonus disc will be charged US$60 for the game.
Customers who wish to order the Zelda game with the bonus disc will be charged the rate of US$78 when we ship next week.
Anyone on our preorder list who wants a bonus disc will be able to get one. Supplies of the disc seem readily available. Unfortunately, the extra charge may make the bonus disc unpalatable to some, so we're giving everyone a choice. In any case, we will send out an email today to ask customers to re-confirm their preorders for one or the other. If we do not hear back from you, we will automatically process your preorder with the Zelda game only, which is the original preorder offer on our online shop.
NCS apologizes for the late change but we received this information overnight and re-confirmed it an hour ago to ensure the new offer terms will not be revised or escalated again.

NEWS: Updates

There is heavy snow in New York City this morning with forecasts calling for 6-8" of powder by the time the storm moves on. Although the snowfall should taper off before shipments are dispatched tonight, please be aware that outbound freight may be affected if flights are delayed by icing and other storm related problems.

There was no miracle today. The Panasonic Qubes are still being held.
Toy manufacturer Yujin announced a number of new capsule toys which are shipping in February 2003. Some products include Lilo & Stitch bracelets, Super Mario Sunshine action figures, Hunter X Hunter visual plates, and Winnie the Pooh finger puppets. We'll filter out the chaff and post product presentations for viable capsule toys tomorrow morning. Restock of the PSO capsule toys are expected in January.
NCS has sold out of the Metal Gear Solid 2 Mini-Figures again after restocking earlier in the week. Updates will be posted if we are able to import additional supplies within the next 1-2 weeks. On the other hand, Gatchaman Zippo Lighters and Lupin Metal Keychains are in stock...
