As the release of the Japanese
Gameboy Advance SP nears, we are receiving news of
severe shortages from our suppliers. Unknown at this point
is how the allocation of units will be doled out but we gave
up the standard 33% deposit on large orders last month. Not
that it really swings anything in our favor based on past
experience but we try. Preorders have also been brisk in
Japan which exacerbates the supply situation. Japanese and
Asian distributors generally earn a healthy premium when
exporting scarce product to their overseas vendors so that's
one vote in our favor. More updates as February 14 closes
in. |

Gamecube
Nintendo Puzzle Collection,
our sole new import this week, is expected on Friday. All
preorders and new orders ship upon arrival. |

Restock or belated
stock slated for Friday of this week include Silver
and Emerald Gamecube controllers, GC Mr
Driller Drill Land and Ikaruga. On the PS2, NCS
expects GT Concept 2002 Tokyo-Geneva, Low Rider,
Samurai Perfect Version, SD Gundam G-Generation
Neo and the ASCII Fighting Stick FT2. A small
supply of Devil May Cry 2 Limited Edition is also on
the way. A full listing will be posted once all shipments
are in this Friday. |
