NEWS: DELAYED
   Although NCS receives products from multiple vendors shipping from multiple locations, EVERYTHING was delayed overnight. It was quite the frustrating morning, dear readers. There was a Power of Attorney issue, a misrouting of shipments, an FCC form request and finally a mechanical problem on one of the flights. Last night was one of those rare confluence of events that conspire every once in a while to botch our plans. Due to the delays, NCS expects all of our shipments tomorrow morning. 
 

NEWS: General Updates  JPN 

 FFXI   NCS expects restock of the PC version of FFXI on Monday morning. That's 03/03/03. The new price for the game stands at US$75 and all backorders will be filled at the updated price.
 PSO   Exchanges for PSO v1.1 will be shipped back to our customers tomorrow morning. We'll also throw up a couple of photos of the new version on Friday's update. Due to the time and cost involved in doing the exchanges, we will halt them for now. Gathering together 25+ Japanese citizens to do our bidding over a period of a few weeks takes a lot of cajoling, bribery and when all else fails, begging.
 SOUL   Within minutes after we posted our GBA Shining Soul [EUR] update yesterday, customers across the European continent wrote in to inform us that they had been playing Soul for roughly a week. Apparently, only the United Kingdom has been blighted with this 1-week delay. As luck would have it, all of our European imports ship from established vendors in the UK.
 SOUL2   Preorders are now open for the PS2 and GC versions of the Soul Calibur 2 Joystick shipping on March 27, 2003. The Playstation 2 promotional flyer is shown to the left. Note that the Gamecube joystick shares the same styling but the decal overlay is colored dark blue instead of red.  Pricing is expected to dance around $68.
