Galaxy Angel

Publisher Broccoli has a knack for creating sickeningly sweet anime heroines and Galaxy Angel fits the bill swimmingly. Redheaded Milfeulle leads the Galaxy Angel Squadron in various jobs throughout the cosmos including important assignments such as saving hapless cats and acting as couriers. An eclectic cast of characters include personalities such as cosplay queen Mint Blancmanche and the uncouth stylings of Ranpha Franboise. Vanilla H and Forte Stollen make up the rest of the mighty quintet.
When a sovereign country suffers the indignity of a military coup d'etat, the Galaxy Angel crew come to the rescue in a bid to restore imperial power. Played in character interaction episodes and strategic battles, Galaxy Angel requires the player to increase rapport with team mates in order to increase fighting efficacy and performance. When battles commence, the game switches to the girls' respective Angel Frames (fighting ships) where you move them on a galactic grid and bark orders to your mates. Ranpha wields the Kung-Fu Fighter frame while Forte blasts away in her Trigger Happy frame.
