Haohmaru, Galford, Hanzo and the rest of the gang return to battle a resurgent Amakusa once again. Samurai Shodown IV loads a bit faster than Samurai III although frames of animation are still missing and the voices of the characters are noisier than the crisp intonations found in the Neo original. Still, as staunch fans of all things Neo, we enjoyed the Playstation conversion of Samurai IV despite it's shortcomings.
