   Manufacturer Bel Planning offers a set of miniature replica Gameboy Color cartridges and GBC units later this month. Twelve classic mini-carts consisting of Rockman World 1-5, Rockman X and X2, Gaia Master, Street Fighter II, Street Fighter Alpha and the two Ghouls games make up the randomly packaged bits and bobs from yesteryear. Each mini-cart sports a replica of the original label artwork as well as the original cardboard packaging.
