   NEWS GBA Movie Card - Shipping November 20, 2003
   Toshiba start-up AM3 has started soliciting preorders for a Gameboy Advance movie card adapter and three Detective Conan anime episodes titled simply Detective Conan 1-3. The movie card adapter slides into the cartridge port of the GBA SP and accepts special 32-megabyte smart-memory cards preloaded with anime episodes which are viewed on the GBA. According to the literature, each card holds roughly 30 minutes of video (240x160x24 fps) or 5 hours of music. Pricing for the movie adapter is set at Y3200 and each memory card is priced at Y2380. A special bundle with the movie card and Detective Conan episode 1 will also be sold for Y3800. 
   Future movie releases are expected along with E-books, MP3 music collections and other media preloaded on reusable SD memory cards.

 
 

Dreams Come True
   NEWS Dreams Come True Candy Toys
   Manufacturer Seika announced a collection of candy toys based on gods and a goddess from ancient Chinese legends and myths. Eight different types are packaged randomly in the candy toy boxes and are matched by eight mono-color variants. Six samples and matching variants are shown below. The toys are expected to ship in December 2003 and we're noncommittal at this point on whether or not we'll bring some in.
