PLEASE READ: The NEW SHOP is separate and distinct from the OLD SHOP. If you place an order on the OLD SHOP, you will not be able to use the NEW SHOP to check on your order and vice versa.    Hobby Japan is shipping a trio of 1/10 scale FFX-2 resin-cast kits in the next couple of weeks and we're undecided on whether to stock them or not . They appear to be of excellent quality but the prices are rather lofty at Y8800 (US$81) each. Couple that with the work that these kits require - putting together 16 parts with cement and then painting the assembled figure... and our doubts grow.
   Each figure poses in a fixed position and every girl measures approximately 17cm tall or ~7".
Preorders are welcome by email request for delivery later this month.

  NEWS General Updates

   The Dragon Quest mystery product arrived a few days ago and its a Memory Card for the Kenshin Dragon Quest game. The tiny cardboard package contains a black memory card designed like a book and stickers.
   Sega Gals Collection gashapon and a bunch of other restock are on the way and we expect to fill all backorders on Monday of next week.
   PS2 Kuusen 2 has been pushed from January 8 to February 12, 2003.
   Hudson has announced Net de Bomberman for the PS2 which will ship on February 19, 2004. The preorder flyer clearly states that the game will not feature off-line play and is exclusively an online game. Pricing is set at Y3800.
   Konami announced Diet Channel for the PS2 which ships on March 4, 2004. Details are sparse but a DDR Dancing Controller is included with the game which is apparently a full-blown diet and exercise regimen.
   Extra Donkey Konga controllers were short-shipped from Namco and are not available this week. In the interest of shipping everyone's order on time yesterday, we did not hold any shipments that included the game bundle and an extra controller. We will update customers when the controllers arrive but we have not charged customers for the additional Konga drum yet.
