   Kunio Ogawara continues his stretch of designing mighty mechs in the latest J-Phoenix game. Pilot a heavily armed robot and fly into battles on terra, rescue excursions and encounters in space to complete your assigned missions. New to the series is the ability to lead a team of three mechs into war. Mech cohorts may be placed into various formations to perform combination bursting attacks which do double and treble damage upon hapless foes. Successful missions allow for mech upgrades to enhance performance and a stable of 140 parts are available for upgrades.
   The first production of J-Phoenix 2 includes a bonus DVD which contains a J-Phoenix animation featuring four heroines from the J-Phoenix universe.

 
 

Love Aerobics

   When a beautiful Gravure model prepares for a hot and heavy photo session under bright lights and a daunting photographer, she must tone and work her body into fighting shape. To prepare, aerobics and exercise help keep an image idol in peak condition. Play the part of a virtual trainer and help a lovely model dance, perform aerobics and exercise to maintain top physical condition. Master exercises successfully and unlock new outfits - up to 14 new types are available which help show off the model's toned body.
   Once a routine is finished, one may save it to memory card and replay it in various gratuitous angles to see muscles flexing and parts bobbing. A total of twelve songs may be played and original music was recorded especially for Love Aerobics but the tunes all sounds rather J-pop cookie cutter.
 
 

  NEWS Bulk Import Delay
   Despite early pickups from Japan on Monday night (they're ~12 hours ahead of us), the bulk of our shipments were still botched overnight. We generally try to plan incoming shipments to stagger the amount of order processing into batches but with today's delay and everything else also coming in tomorrow, we'll handle/manage/ship all orders on Thursday.

   Apologies for the shipment delay but if it were up to us, Psyvariar, the Pure White Xbox consoles and roughly eight PS2 imports should have arrived today and everything else would have arrived tomorrow.

   A smaller shipment arrived this afternoon but it only contained two new PS2 imports - J-Phoenix 2 and Love Aerobics. Everything else listed on Monday's update is now expected on Thursday.
