PLEASE READ: The NEW SHOP is separate and distinct from the OLD SHOP. If you place an order on the OLD SHOP, you will not be able to use the NEW SHOP to check on your order and vice versa.   ETC Delays Redux

   Last week, we had a problem where our import packages were abandoned in a warehouse. This week, mechanical problems stopped our flight from leaving Chiba, Japan entirely. We're all for safety however so we'll grin and bear this delay. All remaining import releases for this week are now expected tomorrow and preorders, new orders shall ship accordingly.

  ETC General Musings
Psyvariar 2
   NCS expects to restock Psyvariar 2 for Dreamcast on Monday or Tuesday. The game is sold out in Japan as well as Hong Kong but we had a batch that was not shipped out last week. We should be able to keep it in stock for another few weeks until Shikigami no Shiro 2 joins the DC library in late March so there's no need to joust for your own copy. There's time.
Famicom Mini Cartridges
   The FC Mini cart shortage continues but we should be able to fill ALL preorders (that includes every Zelda and Mario Bros preorder) by next week. Unfortunately, we're paying a premium for the stock but we'll keep prices at US$28 per cartridge.
Earthlink Failure
   All of our Earthlink accounts are down as of this morning. Our DSL service through Earthlink is down and we're unable to connect to any of Earthlink's mail servers since SMTP seems dead. So, if you haven't received a reply to your email, it's because we're unable to connect. We're assuming that things will be up and running again later today.
