PLEASE READ: The NEW SHOP is separate and distinct from the OLD SHOP. If you place an order on the OLD SHOP, you will not be able to use the NEW SHOP to check on your order and vice versa. Unfortunately, we were not able to resolve the two shop databases in order to transfer customer histories and accounts. Both shops are fully operational and capable of taking orders.

Ninja Gaiden

XBX Ninja Gaiden - Shipping Today

The game's the same as the USA version we received last week but the main attraction of the Japanese version of Ninja Gaiden is the detailed Ayane figure that is bundled with every copy. Along with the Ayane figure, we also received a 32-page Team Ninja poster booklet that will be included with every order.

The Ayane figure measures approximately 4" tall and a black base is included for display purposes. The 32-page booklet features copious amounts of artwork based on Team Ninja's Dead or Alive franchise from 1996 to 2004. There's artwork and ads for the original Dead or Alive game on Saturn, Dead or Alive 2 on PS2, DOA 2 Hardcore, DOA3, Volleyball and on the last two pages of the booklet, Kasumi appears in a preview of Dead or Alive Online which ships later this month. NCS has taken a number of shots of the booklet, figure and game bundle.

A few new orders are welcome to ship today, while supplies last.

  NEWS Shipment Interrupted

Update: 03:36PM EST
UPS was kind enough to truck the shipment to us and we will process and ship all preorders for GC MGS Twin Snakes, PS2 Monster Hunter, Oshiete! Popotan, etc today. We'll post game synopses on Friday's website update.

Update: 12:08PM EST
We've been splitting up import shipments between Fedex, UPS and Danzas these past two weeks but UPS has let us down once again this morning by misrouting a shipment to a distribution center in Brooklyn. Danzas is what we're using now for massive toy shipments and they've been taking longer than expected while Fedex seems to have regulatory clearance issues through Customs for every shipment.

Due to the misroute, we expect PS2 Monster Hunter and all other new imports on Friday. If we're able to pick up the parcels from Brooklyn later this afternoon, we'll post another update in this space.
