PLEASE READ: The NEW SHOP is separate and distinct from the OLD SHOP. If you place an order on the OLD SHOP, you will not be able to use the NEW SHOP to check on your order and vice versa. Unfortunately, we were not able to resolve the two shop databases in order to transfer customer histories and accounts. Both shops are fully operational and capable of taking orders.

Super Mario Bros Clocks

NEWS Super Mario Bros Clock - Shipping July 2004

There's been a miniature revival of old school Famicom related merchandising recently, from the GBA Famicom Mini carts to the Game Sound Music: Famicom Edition which debuts next month. Twenty Famicom music disks are expected, each of which contains a single song from classic games such as Donkey Kong, Metroid and Ice Climber. We're still working with Mega House's Japanese distributor for those but we expect to stock them.
Add a trio of colored alarm clocks based on Super Mario Bros to the growing chorus. Measuring 13 cm (that's 5") square, the clocks all feature a familiar Mario Bros scene on the face of the clock. Banpresto handles the manufacturing and delivery is expected in late July at ~US$15 each.

Pro Yakyu Spirits 2004 soon

  NEWS General Updates

Shipment Status, New Kirby Date
There's a few shipments still floating out there and we expect new imports such as Raimuiro Senkitan Jun and Pro Yakyu Spirits 2004 by tomorrow. Famitsu Magazine gave gold medals to both new baseball games (Netsu Chu! from Namco and Pro Yakyu from Konami) being released this week. The only other new release to garner gold was the Dragon Quest V Remake.
The new Hoshi no Kirby: Kagami no Daimeikyu GBA game was expected this week but has been rescheduled to April 15 according to distributor schedules posted last night. Apparently, a glitch was discovered in the code which sent Nintendo scurrying back to the debugger. Or something like that.
Magazine Get Out
We're sitting on a warehouse full of Japanese magazines, game guides and other periodicals that are just taking up a lot of costly space. Everything is new, never read and we probably still have 10-50 copies of every issue in our inventory. So sad. Some magazines go all the way back to 1989. Since we will never have the time to catalog everything in an orderly manner, we'll just start selling random issues in a daily update starting next Monday. We'll probably start with PC-Engine Fan magazines since that seems to be in the early cartons that we looked over but everything is scattered in different boxes.
