ETC Scrap Heap Scramble - 2 Sticks; 1 works, 1 don't

    The ASCII Stick FT for Dreamcast on the right works beautifully but the ASCII Stick 4 for the Playstation on the left does not work at all. We're guessing controller chip woes but it may be an easy fix for a technical type. $35 + shipping.
